My son's experience with St. Stephen's Preschool has been wonderful. Since he began attending St. Stephen's at the age of 2, he has always been excited for school and what he learns each day. He comes home with fun stories to tell of hands-on learning and play. He loves his teachers, too! He is now in the PK class. I know he will be ready for kindergarten next year because of the experiences he has had and the knowledge he has gained thanks to his time at St. Stephen's. Our family has been at St. Stephen's Preschool for three years this year, and we love it so much! The director is a great organizer as well as a great listener. I have always felt my input is important to her and to the teachers. The number one thing I look for in a preschool is that my children are loved , and they definitely are loved and cherished at St. Stephen's. When my son, who graduated into kindergarten last year, came in with me to pick up my daughter on the day the fire truck came, the director and his old teachers remembered his love of fire trucks. They gave him a fire hat and coloring book, which was a really sweet and thoughtful gesture. The faculty are sensitive to the individual needs of each child and always have something positive to say about each day. I can't imagine having a better preschool experience! St. Stephen's Episcopal Preschool is a hidden gem. I have had 2 children enrolled in the preschool and feel like we are so lucky that we found them. All of the staff and teachers are friendly and welcoming. I know my kids are safe and well cared for in a positive environment full of learning and fun while they are away from me.
